Our Story

Maverick Mindset was forged by leaders who have thrived in high-stakes environments—from the Marine Corps to entrepreneurship. We saw a gap: talented men with drive, but little real-world leadership training or community. So we built a weekly, no-fluff rhythm: practical teaching, accountability, and action. It started with a few guys in a room. It’s grown into a movement—free, consistent, and focused on impact.

What We Do

Weekly Leadership Nights (Thursdays, 6:30 PM): Short, practical sessions that turn ideas into actions you can use tomorrow.

Accountability Groups: Peer support that keeps your goals visible and your standards high.

Leadership Training & Workshops: Communication, conflict, decision-making, personal brand, money basics, and more.

Networking & Mentorship: Real relationships with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and builders across OKC.

Daily “INSPIRE” Texts: A quick leadership nudge every morning—discipline, focus, and follow-through.
